Commissioner and Notary Public Services

Chak Chuen Ho of Chak Chuen Ho Legal Services is honored to be granted the privilege of being both a Commissioner and Notary Public of Ontario.

A Commissioner under the Commissioners for Taking Affidavits Act may administer oaths and take affidavits, declarations and affirmations. 

​

A Notary Public is a person who is authorized by the Attorney General of Ontario to witnesses oaths, signs affidavits and certifies documents to be true copies of the original.

We encourage the Public to call ahead to determine which Authority their documents may require before hand.
